At Flame 'O Flames, we take great care in crafting and delivering high-quality handmade candles. Since each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in specific cases outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

We will process a return or refund only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is incorrect (not as per the order placed).
  • The product is received in a broken or damaged condition.

2. Required Proof for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund, customers must provide clear video evidence of the damaged or incorrect product. The video must follow these guidelines:

  1. The video must be continuous, with no cuts or edits.
  2. The video must begin with a full 360° view of the package before unboxing.
  3. The video must show the entire unboxing process, from opening the package to removing the product.
  4. If the product is found to be damaged or incorrect, customers must send the video to support@flameoflames.com for review.

Upon verification of the provided video, we will initiate a return or replacement as applicable.

3. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@flameoflames.com with your order details.
