At Flame o’ Flames, every candle begins its journey only after your order is placed. We don’t stockpile products — we create them, freshly handcrafted with the richness of attar and natural wax, just for you. This process ensures that what you receive isn’t just a candle — it’s an experience made to order, sealed with purity and personalized intention.

Because of this, we do not entertain cancellations, returns, or refunds under any normal circumstances. Every fragrance is blended, every wick is placed, and every vessel is filled specifically for you. These are not products pulled from a shelf, but rather, creations sparked by your order, crafted with care by our artisans. Thus, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is confirmed and production has started.

That said, your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us. If, in the rare instance, your product is delivered in a damaged condition or you receive an entirely different item than what you ordered, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

However, to qualify for a replacement or exchange, we require a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the condition of the package from the moment it is opened. This video must start before the seal of the outer packaging is broken and continue without cuts or edits, clearly showing the product, packaging, and any visible damage or discrepancy.

This step is mandatory and helps us file genuine claims with our delivery partners, ensuring fairness and transparency for both you and us.

Once reviewed and verified by our team, if the issue is deemed valid, we will initiate a replacement of the item. If a replacement is not possible due to stock or raw material unavailability, we may provide a credit note for the full amount, redeemable on your next purchase. Refunds will only be considered in rare and exceptional cases at the discretion of the company.

Please email your unboxing video along with your order details to support@flameoflames.com within 48 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this window or without the proper video evidence will unfortunately not be eligible for replacement or compensation.

Minor variations in design, scent strength, or texture are inherent to handcrafted products and are not considered defects. Our candles are made with love, not machines — and that human touch means no two pieces are ever entirely identical.

Furthermore, orders refused at delivery or undeliverable due to incorrect address or contact details are not eligible for replacement, refund, or credit. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to avoid disappointment.
