At Flame o’ Flames, every product is carefully handcrafted only after an order is placed. We do not hold pre-made stock because each candle is uniquely created based on your specific preferences — from fragrance notes to vessel selection. Since we infuse our candles with natural attar oils, which are rare and powerful in their essence, they serve as more than just aesthetic objects; they function as elegant, chemical-free room fresheners as well. The process of handmade creation requires careful blending, curing, and packaging, and while this ensures freshness and exclusivity, it also means we work with a make-to-order model.

All payments for orders placed through this website must be made online at the time of checkout. We do not offer cash-on-delivery. Once your payment is confirmed, the production process begins within 24 working hours, and depending on the nature of the product and its quantity, your candles are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours. Delivery timelines range from 7 to 15 working days for addresses within India. We use trusted courier partners and strive for timely delivery, though delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, regional disturbances, or courier mishandling may occasionally occur. We’ll assist you in tracking and resolving such issues but bear no legal responsibility for third-party delays.

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, we do not offer cancellations or modifications after the order is confirmed. As part of our safety guidance, we advise users to burn candles on a flat, non-flammable surface and never leave them unattended. Candles should not be burned for more than four hours at a stretch, and they should always be kept away from drafts, curtains, or materials that can catch fire. This is especially important for glass container candles, which although visually appealing, may crack or shatter if overheated.
